Dinner & Buffet Schedule


The Restaurant at IAS will open for dinner service on October 12 , 2018
Dress code is smart casual.

Dinners are on Wednesday and Friday evenings from October until to the end of April.
The menu is a ever changing five course with a choice of entrées.

The dinner menu is $45.00 per person for Faculty, Members and Staff and $60.00 for Friends.

Beverages, including wine, beer and liquor are available.
We do not accept BYOB.

Dinner reservations are available from 6:00 pm until 8:30 pm. Reservations are required.

We use OpenTable for our reservation system.


Buffet dinners are held once a month throughout the year in place of the regular dinners.
The buffet dinner includes an assortment of salads, entrées, and desserts.
The seating is casual, no linen on tables.

The cost is $28.00 per person for Faculty, Members and Staff. $38.50 for Friends

Beverages, including wine, beer and liquor are available.
We do not accept BYOB.

The buffet opens at 6:00 pm.
Reservations are required.

Reservations are required for all dinners and we suggest you reserve early to insure the desired date and time.

Reservations can be made , via the Dinner Reservation Form, by telephone 609-734-8168,or with one of the cashiers.

Our reservation system is powered by OpenTable.

Additionally, the lounge on the second floor of the Dining Hall is open Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:00 pm.

Please feel free to socialize, enjoy a cocktail or a glass of wine at the bar even if you are not attending the dinner.
